Manage all tenant stores on the platform. Each tenant gets their own isolated database and POS instance.
- Active – tenant is live and operational
- Suspended – temporarily disabled, data preserved
- Cancelled – scheduled for removal, can still be reactivated
- Archived – database exported to gzip, can be restored or deleted
Lifecycle: Active → Suspend → Cancel → Archive → Delete
